Qualification of an applicant

1. An applicant must be a local resident of Kingdom of Thailand or
2. An applicant must have been working in Kingdom of Thailand for more than one year and have certified documents from the company.


Required Documents

For Thai Applicant
• 2 one inch self-portrait photos (taken within 1 year)
• 2 certified photocopies of photo ID
• 1 certified photocopy of census record (or) certified letter of work
For Other Applicant
• 2 one inch self-portrait photos (taken within 1 year)
• 2 certified photocopies of photo ID (or) certified photocopies of passport
• 1 certified letter of work

Package Detail
1. All packages are not transferable.
2. All packages are valid for 1 year from the date of application.
3. Each applicant can choose one package only.
4. All privileges of each package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
5. Mae Jo Golf Club reserves the right to alter terms and conditions without prior notice.

3. Package rates are inclusive of ABF, transfer between airport/hotel and golf couse/hotel, taxes and service charges
4. Payment must be done before check-in date by transfering money to "B.V. Holding Co.,Ltd." Siam Commercial Bank, Mae Jo Branch 596-261364-8
5. All payment are not refundable.
6. Cancellation must be done 7 days in advance to check-in date in written document.
